If you are building a new home or undertaking major renovations, you will likely need to meet minimum WA building energy efficiency requirements based on the National Construction Code (NCC). The Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) uses a star rating system (out of ten) that rates the energy efficiency of a home, based on its design.

True North Energy is an Accredited Assessor with the Australian Building Sustainability Association (ABSA) and NatHERS.

We will assess your plans and help you to achieve a 6-star rating or higher using the recommended AccuRate™ / BERS Pro™ / FirstRate™ software programs and the National Construction Code (NCC) Energy Efficiency Conformance Sheet Part 3.12, Part J, Part Jv3 and the National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS).
